Delivery to Brazil was very fast, arrived at my residence in 11 calendar days. The box came with a slight damage but it didn't compromise the headset. It could have been better packed with bubble wrap outside the box. The headset has good sound quality. Through the 3.5mm cable, the sound is much louder than via Wi-Fi. It might improve after a full charge, but it remains an excellent product. It's comfortable, the pads have a pleasant foam and provide good compression on the ears. Tested and approved.

The phone is good, my neighbor told me it's super nice. Quality is okay, it's heavy, doesn't bother, gives off a sense of resistance. To make matters worse, the box arrived quite crushed, but fortunately the product is intact. The seller should have put a 'fragile' label on the box. Anyway, it took a long time to arrive at the address because of the postal service. But the product is great.
